I have a university degree in Economics. Having lived and worked in Milan for over 20 years, I have absorbed the Italian language and culture. An Italian to English translator and editor, I help companies, professionals and private individuals all around Italy produce high quality texts in English. Through Target Inglese I offer individual and group English courses at all levels. I also help students prepare for the IELTS and Cambridge University exams.
Before moving to Italy, I worked as an accountant and auditor for 7 years at Deloitte & Touche and other large multinationals in Great Britain. I was Director of Studies at a language school in Italy for 10 years, managing a staff of 15 teachers.

I offer tailored in-house and remote English courses that meet student’s specific needs. I teach using the communicative approach. Activities focus on producing meaningful, real communication, at all levels. I select topics based on age, needs, level, and students’ interests. My English courses provided through Target Inglese cover all the key language skills, usually with particular focus on speaking and listening comprehension. Ad hoc didactic materials are chosen based on the specific objectives.

Whether editing or translating texts into English, I work with dedication and passion, ensuring accurate, effective content adapted to your target audience. I don’t simply write and translate texts. I study and analyse the context and my client’s goals. I respect deadlines and produce “ready for use” services.

Over the years, I have provided English language services to numerous companies and professional studios across all sectors, including Ernst & Young, Mediaset, CEVA Logistica, Seiko, Assolombarda, Hitachi, Duracell, Focus Management, Systematica, Schwarz Pharma and Wintech.
I have helped over 40 students prepare for exams.
My Italian to English translations include three books and a musical – Fatal Longevity by A D Pascal, Heart of Flesh and Heart of Iron by Key Genius, and Extravaganza by Romy Padovano.
